The eclectic dining experience of Tom’s Urban has recently come to Las Vegas. The acclaimed restaurant opened just in time to ring in the new year at its newest location at the famous New York-New York hotel and casino. Tom’s Urban celebrated its grand opening on December 30, and it has been busy ever since.
Located in the shadow of the brand-new replica Brooklyn Bridge that spans the Strip, Tom’s Urban offers unique cuisine and a variety of specialty cocktails. Both indoor and outdoor seating provide ample space and plenty of opportunities for people-watching, for which Las Vegas is famous.
The restaurant features a cosmopolitan cuisine inspired by the world’s major cities. With items like Asian-style pot stickers, German bratwurst, and Cuban sandwiches, the menu has a distinctly global flair. At the same time, the eatery strives to create its dishes from locally sourced ingredients.
Tom’s Urban is the brainchild of Smashburger founder Tom Ryan and restaurant industry financier Rick Schaden. The Las Vegas location is the brand’s third. Tom’s Urban also can be found in Denver and Los Angeles.
